I. GENERAL TERMS

+ I have the right to decline your commission.

+ First come, first serve. (Rush fee: +$15.00)

+ You can ask for a WIP (work in progress) but do not spam. 
 

*Please do not complain about my prices
 

+Provide clear high quality images for reference
 

+Most of the commissions will be streamed unless the client wishes not to

 

I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided

II. PAYMENT

+Forms of accepted payment: 

Venmo, cash app and PayPal

+ With PayPal payments ( Invoice only, Fee’s are included into the total amount). make sure to indicate that shipping is not needed when/if PayPal asks for your address.

 

+  A 3D layout of your requested pose will be sent to you for approval before a sketch is begun, after we discuss the commission. (After more than 2 changes of the sketch a fee of $10.00 added to the total cost)

 

+ All pictures below $100.00 require full payment up front.  A request of payment will be sent after you confirm the initial sketch and I will start working on your picture after receiving the payment.
 

+For pictures above $100.00, you must pay 50% up-front and the remaining 50% before receiving the final full-size file.

 +COMMERCIAL PRICE: If you wish to sell merch using my art, the fee will be 2x the original price! I still have copyright over the art and my watermark will remain.

+No Refund after finished Commission

 70% refund for step 1 thru 5. Anything after step 5 is non refundable.

III. PROCESS

Step 1 

Receive reference image from potential client

Step 2

Rough sketch is created

Step 3

Payment is receive

Step 4 

Clean sketch is created

Step 5

Linework phase is begun (If needed)

Step 6

Coloring phase is begun

Step 7

Rendering phase is begun

Step 8

Commission is completed

 

+ Once payment is complete, Clean sketch phase will begin.

NOTE: Multiple WIPS will be sent throughout! Please make sure to check for anything missing 

+ Once everything has been confirmed, no other changes are allowed

The commission will be sent in a digital (high-resolution JPG image and PNG image) through Email or Discord.

 

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

 80% refund for step 1 thru 5
Anything after step 5 is non refundable
If you file a chargeback against me, You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
